Back your favourite champion and win together
Badminton is more than just a sport in Malaysia — it is an identity, a source of pride, and a national passion. From the era of the Sidek Brothers to Lee Chong Wei's legendary reign, and now a new generation led by Lee Zii Jia, Aaron Chia, Soh Wooi Yik, Pearly Tan and Thinaah Muralitharan, Malaysia has consistently stood among the greatest forces in world badminton. At m99my, we understand how deeply this sport resonates with Malaysians, which is why we offer the most comprehensive, fair and exciting badminton betting experience you will find online.
When you place a bet on a badminton match at m99my, you're not just putting money on the line — you're backing your champion in a way that makes watching even more rewarding. Our odds are calculated using the latest global data, player performance analysis and real-time match conditions. This means every odd you see on m99my reflects genuine fair value, not arbitrary numbers. Players who truly understand badminton technique and statistics will find plenty of great value opportunities on our platform.
Many bettors assume badminton betting comes down to just two choices — Player A or Player B. At m99my, it goes much further than that. We offer more than 25 betting markets for every major badminton match, including match winner (moneyline), set handicap, total sets (over/under), point handicap within a specific set, first set winner, whether the match goes to a third set, and many more. This range of markets allows knowledgeable bettors who understand playing styles and techniques to find angles that offer genuine value.
For example, if you know that Lee Zii Jia has a particularly powerful serve and typically dominates the first set, you can place a specific bet on a first set win at odds more favourable than a straightforward match winner bet. Or if you know that the doubles pair Aaron and Wooi Yik tend to play long rallies that produce more points, you can use the total points market to get better value. This is the level of badminton betting that m99my offers players who are truly serious about it.
For Malaysian badminton fans, nothing beats the Thomas Cup and Uber Cup. These two national team tournaments are the pinnacle of the world badminton calendar, and m99my offers the most comprehensive betting coverage for both. When these tournaments are underway, m99my's platform is flooded with players from across Malaysia eager to back the national squad while placing their bets. We offer special promotions for these tournaments, including boosted odds for Malaysia matches, cashback bonuses and RM cash prize prediction contests.
At the 2026 Thomas Cup, Malaysia made it to the semi-finals with a performance the whole nation was proud of. Every win by the Malaysian men's squad was celebrated by thousands of m99my players who had backed their team. Moments like these — when your bet wins alongside your country — are something nothing else can replicate. That's the magic of badminton betting, and it's something you can only fully experience at m99my.
M99my understands that Malaysian players want convenience at every step. That's why we support all major local payment methods — DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and online banking via FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposits typically clear in under a minute, and winnings are withdrawn quickly with no hidden fees. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) — no confusing exchange rates or conversion charges.
The minimum deposit at m99my is just RM10, making it a welcoming platform for newcomers still finding their footing in badminton betting strategy. For VIP players with higher betting limits, premium tables are available with larger deposit and withdrawal limits. This flexibility ensures m99my suits players at every level — from first-timers to serious sports betting investors.

If you're new to badminton betting, don't worry — m99my is here to help you get started on the right foot. The first thing to understand is each player's playing style. Badminton isn't just about rankings — factors like physical condition on match day, court-specific records, and how a player handles left- or right-handed opponents can all significantly influence the outcome. Players who take the time to study these details often find value in odds that many others overlook.
Second, understand the difference between pre-match and live betting. Pre-match bets generally offer more stable odds since they're placed before the match begins, while live (in-play) betting delivers dynamic odds that shift with the action on court. At m99my, both options are readily available and you can switch between them in just a few clicks. Many experienced players take a hybrid approach — placing a base bet before the match, then adjusting with live bets based on the momentum they observe.
Third, don't overlook the set handicap market. If your favourite player is clearly the stronger side but the odds are already too low to offer real value, consider betting on the set handicap where that player needs to win by more than one set. This can significantly improve the odds while still relying on the player's strengths you believe in. m99my offers competitive set handicaps for all major BWF matches and national team tournaments.
